Old ' Birds' who clearly should know better, dressed like a teenager in clubbing attire, sporting a nice orange, or mahogany fake tan, especially when shopping, Scary in the extreme !
yea men in vests are a big turn off even if they do think there gods gift .pjs and rollers should only ever be worn inside . and lads pull ya pants up we dont want to see what you think are designer boxer .. ie calvin's or even worse edd hardy .. another one of mine is men with a beer belly in tight football shirts .i think football tops should only be worn at the game
I hate women and men with no dress sense ,for example wearing red with green and purple. Also males and females that wear clothes that needs a turn in the washing machine. clothes that look creased and not worn properly.For example too tight or too baggy. Hate the look of males and females with untidy hair and look unclean.

Nothing could be worse than the Snorkel Jackets all the kids used to wear in the 70's. Cheap as chips they were, and useless at keeping you warm, or dry. If you did them up all the way you couldn't see or hear a thing. And when they got wet they just soaked up all the water like a giant nappy and stank almost as bad as one.

I hate seeing men in vests too and also women who have their fat bellies hanging over their jeans with their top shorter so you can see it. I've nothing against people being overweight as it may be due to medical conditions etc, but please cover up!!! Sorry if this is offensive to anyone, I don't mean to be.
Women who wear leggings with a short top, that doesn't cover there @rse. It is exactly the same as not wearing anything over your tights, and you wouldn't do that now ... would you???
i am one of thoses leggins (not the see through kind) and uggs lovers hehe but i do wear tops that cover my bum and theres nothing worse than see through leggins and another one that really really bugs me is socks and sandles arhhhhhhh.....
I see people who I have seen 'around' for twenty odd years and they still wear the same make-up and have the same hairstyle.I find that very ageing!! They would probably look a million times better if they tryed new make-up colours/ suit their skin type etc

There is nothing worse than an out-dated 'heel'. Saw a woman in the hairdressers the other day (i had nothing better to do than people watch) and she had those dodgy, clumpy 90s heels on her boots- just ruined her whole 'look'.

yes i hate women with hair that looks dull and neglected even in the summer it gets greasy that you can fry chips on it.also women who have no dress sense as in colours example red and green with bright yellow socks type of thing. Hate men in cords as well.or old faded tracksuit bottoms that go away up there leg like there budgie has died!
I don't really mind what people wear,but it drives me insane when i see dirty,scruffy un ironed clothes on people with yesterdays dinner down the front.

We digress.The topic is 'fashion faux pas'. Some have gone but we are a multi cultural, all singing/dancing community and so we allow for 'differance'.
This was, once, like others, an interesting topic. Can we at least try to maintain it.
Back in the day, 'skinny jeans' were around. we called them 'drainpipes' in the 80's.My dad wore the same legging type jeans in the 60's too- cant remember what they were called back then-must ask him!

Thats what really annoys me people following models in fashion mags,they are models they would look good wearing a bin bag,where as people who try to replicate what the models are wearing look a total fookin mess! I'm sure they never look in mirrors to see how ridiculous they look!

Ugg boots & their cheap rip offs get right on my wick. I think one of the worst is illustrated perfectly in this picture - leggings/jeggings!! Just wrong on every level, whether you're slim or fat!!

Dreadful leggings they are awful. Used to be part of the English culture in the eightees. Leggings for girls and shell suits for the boys. Horrid! and that's a mild description. A word of warning... as the leggings stretch, you don't realise how much weight you're putting on, until it's too late!
