She has taken school dinner entitlement away from loads of kids (existing entitlements are allowed to continue). The old criteria was receiving universal credit or other qualifying benefits, the new criteria is a maximum income somewhere around half the official poverty line.
She has funded breakfasts but that money comes from the new sugar tax so overall the Government has profited and will pass the money onto their "mates" as usual.
