Chris, no worries, I'm after retrimming it myself, so I'll just get some off cuts or something.
I'm off to my garage in a sec and will be needing a jump start, so if anyone can come round and help about 8pm, it would be much appreciated

No worries lol cheers for them batteries tony, but they didnt have enough in them to get it started
Think i've fixed the coolant leak now though - re-tapped the hole as the thread had been stripped, and seems to hold fine. Also made a gasket for the thermostat housing to stop any futher leaks.
Topped up with new oil as the old stuff had petrol mixed in with it from the many failed attempts at starting.
I bought 2 LED computer temperature sensors last week too, so I will just cut the molex connectors off and i'll be fitting one sensor inside the car and one outside so I know how chilly it is lol.

I've sanded them all down, so all they need is painting.
Finally finished the first one today - it's taken me 2 days.
Not the best of jobs as I hate prep work for painting and never get it smooth enough, but looks pretty good.
Another 3 to go....
