Joe it may just slip on. If u feel confident u can slide one pipe over another and undo 2 bolts then i seriously recommend u take a look under the back urself.It may be as easy as
Jack up rear,undo 2 small nuts over clamp,undo clamp,wiggle old back box off(including removing from rubber hanger),wiggle new one on(including popping bar into hanger),re-do bolts,lower car.
Do u have
a jack
a spanner (between 8-13mm)or adjustable i forget which size
WD40 (just to save time undoing bolts)

Tesco is closed matey .... One of the many reasons I HATE Sundays and our goverment!  Depending on what you want though, the Tesco Express is open in Moreton and the smaller Tesco One Stop is open in Upton...
