you checked all the setting and everything, if so all i can think that you could do is, delate msn and download it again

i know youve got it sorted, but just for future reference, if you delete msn, you wont lose any contacts as they are stored on your account on the server. However, you may lose display pics and emots

when in doubt, use Windows Messenger.

Whenever MSN gives up the ghost, Windows Messenger keeps chugging along.

Might not be as fancy (and a good thing as MSN is getting too bloated now - dont even get me started on the bugful and unstable Windows Live crap), but does the job and without hassle.
