I don't suppose anybody remembers Pershore house primary school?

Best school I ever went to, standard of teaching was second to none and the entire school was like a family, I don't think there were more than 200 pupils there at one time.

They knocked it down and turned it in to this monstrosity:

I remember the name Pershore House but can't remember the location.

I does but only if you upload a decent sized imagine in the first place sorry

Used to be on Prenton Lane just off Storeton Rd, right next to the church.

It was such a beautiful old building. Developers should be shot for knocking places like that down, they could've convert it into flats, but more profitable to knock the whole thing down and build more ''boxes'' for people to live in I guess...

They've changed the wording on the "The Tavern" now to make it appeal more to the "yoof" it seems raftl Went past it on Saturday.

I used to go there............................... To deliver the mail. raftl Right snotty gits they were too and that was just the teachers.

Posh school for posh kids whose parents paid so obviously the standard of education was good. I won't hold it against you though. learn

Posh school paid for does not necessarily = good standard of education... I still reckon if you're clever and determined enough you'll rise to the top in any school.

I'll second that, I went to a grammar school and im thick as shit. Think my mother sure did care about my education wink
