I don"t wish to put a spanner in the works but a vagrants nails and general well being would put the operation in serius daubt more so if he died of poisoning. I did watch a serious program on it not so long ago.my point being, Why research something which is already known,I am not sure but I think they came up with an answer based on death records and location and not a name released by authority.I recall they even timed the run it took to get to the sub in Scotland in order for it to reach the target location, based on known facts.Hero or casualty I salute him.

In the 60's I was on a boat and the for'd mess's rum fanny was the one from the Seraph. A little bit of history there in front of us all.

A nice bit of history Bandycoot, that being HMS Seraph, the s class submarine that took part in operation Mincemeat and the fanny was a container for liquids, don't want to give people the wrong impression.
God help us, Come yourself, Don't send Jesus, This is no place for children.
