Whats the story with this pub was the shops built around it. why wasnt it demolished iam glad it wasnt just curious been there many times.

In the town over the August Bank Holiday weekend and went up Grange Rd on the Saturday. Couldn't resist going into the Snug for a pint. Quiet but excellent. If you are up that way just drop in for the one and ensure it stays open.

I put a television aerial up for the Snug, but had to put it on the Coop roof. Nice Coop manager let us.

I believe it was the bar for the Garrick theatre which was in Grange Rd.
