"C" Licence The Road and Rail Traffic Act 1933 required goods vehicles to carry an "A", "B" or "C" Licence. The "A" licence was for general carriage of customers’ goods, the "C" licence was for the carriage of the licensee’s own goods only and the "B" licence was a mixture of the two in that it covered "local" delivery of custmers' goods.

A very interesting collection of old certificates but for me, the stars of the collection are the birthday cards. They are absolutely beautiful.
