I dont think it will be as bad. Go there any night of the week and theres a load of cars out, no matter what. I always pop in to see if anyones about if im driving past and theres always someone. If it was a problem i think by now it wouldve been dealt with.

I belive Sainsburys actually own the car park, so it would be down to them to put any parking restrictions there.
Think the Rock is a little more public / corporation owned...?

The Rock isn't on the council asset list so must be privatly owned as well.
