I was 6 but I clearly remember the royal wedding. I remember being fascinated by the periscopes people had in the crowds out side Buck Palace

Had a quick look at your pics and am happy to say that your hair was worse than mine! Do you mean the lovely 1980's perms or the lovely wedge

I remember the Flock of Seagulls hairdo well Perms are already back, or so my hairdressing friends tell me. I have one somewhere of me in 1989/1990 with a cracking perm! I can remember my Mum getting a perm that would have made Terry and Barry jealous, then she'd put rollers in her hair overnight, with the scarf thing on her head so that the "style" stayed in longer. Always made me wonder why she bothered getting the perm if she wasn't going to have it "au naturel" so to speak.

I got married wiv a kev-head.
My 'witness' treated me to a mobile hairdresser and she started to blow dry my 'curls'. Soon put a stop to that!!!
I was after a madonna 'vogue' type look!!!
