Today I be mainly eatin' Scotch beef meatballs in onion gravy, French fries and baked beans, with a butty on the side. Tasty! mmmm you know your food Bandi. Am going to have my salad tonite,You lucky you dont have to watch your figure

Sticky toffee pudding swimming in toffee sauce again, and Pepsi from postmix mixed 1:1 (it's supposed to be 4:1 lol). I have a very sweet tooth tonight but the Pepsi is a bit too sweet tbh...

Oops, just read the box out of interest, it's the Tango and R-Whites that is 4:1, the Pepsi doesn't give a ratio but it says the 12 litre box makes 72 litres of Pepsi, so it must be 6:1 haha!! I'll have no freakin teeth left and diabetes by the end of tonight
