more boiled water. roll on weigh in. max i know the feeling,i sweated some off yesterday walking lol. just had a glass of semi skimmed milk. why boiled water all the time?why not iced cold water

lightning, i think i read or heard not sure, that boiled water breaks down the fats that bit quicker? after the weekend i have just had i need them broke down pretty sharpe as i am now leaving for the village to get weighed. max

Laura give us the recipe for yours, going to start the cooking this week again. but tonite am going to have sweetand sour ribs with basmati rice,side salad and nan bread ,with a glass of wine and if no one wants any i will have the lot might as well get happy

its not good. 2.5 pound on. walking the roads as of tomorrow eating healthy and following my diet as of tomorrow. BUT tonight its takeout i might as well finish with a bang.  max
