The last picture was taken at the junction of Rowson St and Field Rd New Brighton. I recognize the building behind the tram.

The last two were taken in the same place, i.e. Rowson street opposite Field road which was the terminus. They couldn't go down into New Brighton proper as the horses would not be able to pull a tram up the hill. The tram sheds were in Field road.

The house behind the tram in the last photo is currently being restored. (One of the original houses). If the trams finished there, it must have been a long walk down to Victoria Rd on a wet winters night!
