Does anyone know where I can buy isopropyl alcohol? In USA it's known as rubbing alcohol (it's the stuff that a doctor rubs on the spot where he's about to give an injection) and can be bought freely from pharmacies etc, but so far a search in Boots and Asda proved fruitless.
If mixed with washing up liquid and water it gives granite worktops a real shine.

I use IPA every day as a cleaner on circuit boards (and in an ultrasonic bath does wonders for jewellery ).
The spray stuff you can get from Maplin, if you want it in a liquid form I can see how much we pay for it and pick you some up.
