Can anyone advise on best way to stop a tree stump sprouting? There is no access for a stump grinder so would need to be chemical. If so, where can I purchase some?

SBK brushwood killer is good. Try a garden centre. Drill a few holes in the stump and pour it in. Guaranteed to prevent sprouting and will eventually make the stump rot.
Carpe diem.
