I love the idea!!! I think we all should meet up at Tescos then chip-in some cash n do some shoppin. after that we then cruise up to the location that we are doing the BBQ.
Plus if there are too much stuff we could carry a bag in each car!!
Just an idea so it aint my call, plus its a great starter.
1. Meet
2. Shopping Spree
3. Cruise
4. BBQ + Photoshoot (if they are going to be merged together!)
Team work!
Just an idea that i think would be gd, so what do ye say?

Was my bloody idea you glory thief! lol  I think it'll be a bit much everyone going to tesco.. so maybe just collecting the money and doing a list of things then sending a few people a day or two before the BBQ.. at least then the stuff is brought and sorted.. I dont know, i'll stop butting in now, sorry lol xXx

Then they know what there eating. Some posh git (Dazza) brought Steak And if you have any mega moons old burgers stuffed away in the freezer you could bring them instead of buying them again. Its only the likes of the bread buns, that we could bulk buy really. And the Tom Sauce etc....
