Hi
Was just wondering has everybody received there tax credit renewal packs? I haven't received mine yet but I moved a few months ago I did inform tax credits but I'm getting a bit worried iv usually received my renewal pack by now.

received mine after 3 phone calls to them, best to phone them, i know its a right pain getting through to them.

I think it has changed this year with RTI they don't need you they just provide you with decision and you have to check it.
