I recently applied for a job with Stagecoach as a Driver. I don't have a PCV licence but Stagecoach and Arriva sometimes offer driver training for those who don't. (On this occasion I missed the bus as they had already taken on for the driving school)
If you don't already know, the cost involved in obtaining such a licence can be £100's even into the £1000's, it's alright if you have that sort of money, but i don't.
My question is, does anybody know of a way around this or where to go.
Many thanks

Had a mate who did the same thing in Liverpool, went to Arriva for a drivers job, they gave him the tuition to pass the PCV test, he did, got a job as a driver and loves it, good luck.
