cheers for the offer matey, but I've just bought some pipe and a reducer from a site called www.burtonpower.comDials, looks like I'm getting them off eBay. Can't get them same ones in mph, so going for ones that look a bit shitter, but they'll do. Gave BMW a phone today, parts from them were suprisingly pretty cheap, so should be picking them up from Liverpool on Saturday

Got a length of stainless pipe for my exhaust and some stainless flexi-exhaust pieces to allow me to de-cat and put the cat back in come MOT. Only thing is, they might be too large in diameter for the downpipe, but I will have to check if it's not raining tomorrow. I'll also be fitting my electric fan and sorting out a bit of wiring too (Scudo_Andy - It draws 6A ) Also bought my steering wheel, a new cam sprocket and a couple of gaskets from Williams over in Liverpool.

Fair doos for the comments matey, it's similar to the one in my civic, and just wanted it ever since I saw it. Anywho, didn't get much done this weekend what with it raining and all. Couldn't really sort the exhaust in the rain, but managed to sort it so that the length of stainless pipe I bought fits straight on to the downpipe in place of the cat. Fitted my fan, but I've just used plastic ty-wraps, been trying to get some stainless ones from work, so I will probably replace them before I try to run it. Struggled again for about an hour trying to fit my exhaust manifold on, but to no avail. tried jacking up the engine block which I did to get it out, but still no luck. Looks like i'll have to take the steering column shaft apart and fit it that way - really wanted to avoid fooking with my steering On a good note, got my new steering wheel fitted Got next week off so I'm really hoping the weather turns out nice so I can finally see if it starts or if I've just fooked it up lol. Fingers crossed it will!

Finally got somewhere today.
It was a Grrr to take apart the steering column, Took about 2 hours to smack apart, spending most of the time underneath the car.
Eventually, it came apart and the manifold and downpipe went on with ease.
Next to do is fit the rest of the exhaust system and start fitting the inlet side
