A teenager is due in court today charged with the murder of PC Dave Phillips who was killed while trying to stop a car being chased by police on Monday.

Merseyside Police confirmed Clayton Ronald Williams, 18, of Wheatland Lane, Wallasey, has been charged with the murder of PC Dave Phillips; attempted section 18 wounding against his collleague PC Birkett; burglary and aggravated unauthorised taking of a motor vehicle.

I know you're supposed to believe "innocent until proven guilty" and not prejudice a trial, but every time I see his smug face I want him to die a terrible slow death.

I hate him and all his friends and family who may have covered for him for what he's done, and the level of rage he's stirred up in me.
