He crashed the last stolen car he was driving, it could only be a matter of time before he hurt or killed someone. For me that is intent enough.

Banned from driving for life . . . Yeah that'll stop him.
I honestly have the view that a vehicle being driven in a manner that endagers life is as dangerous as using a gun or knife on someone.
Glad he got 20 years though.

Just how much of that sentence will he serve ? Probably do the full 20 as idoubt he will be well behaved. Thats 20 in this life and a lot longer in the next.

Even if he serves the full 20 years he will only be 39 years old when he gets out, still a relatively young man with decades left to wreak his gobshitedness on the people of Wirral, I hope something very bad, very painful and hopefully terminal befalls him.
