There's a real danger that the left will drag Britain back to the 1970s, with secure well-paid jobs, ample housing, properly-funded NHS and social care, free tuition, student grants, final salary pensions, affordable rail fares and fabulous films and music. David Osland 2025

Its a full tub of coleslaw and full packet of vegetable sausages.

I only have one meal a day, but I do snack a wee bit.

I've also had two chicken sandwiches, two small (value) packet of crisps and a banana. I'll probably kill another chicken sandwich or two before I hit the pit, early night tonight (maybe).... about 4am instead of the usual 5am/6am.

I drink about 4 pints of skimmed milk a day, six days a week I have multi-vitamins and minerals and a bit of cod liver oil.

Dead healthy me wink

Has anyone eaten at Et Alia , Chester Meadows . Its an Italian, but also have other foods other than pasta .The reviews are mixed but Im liking the look of the glass box diningroom over the river , and the gardens, for a friends 'special occasion' ---when we get a bit more sunshine. Think I might just go and try it for a pizza and get a feel for the service etc.
