Yeah Snowy you missed a good watch tonight, try and catch it next week. Madge is hilarious but I was surprised to see that she is back in it as I thought she had left. We need something to laugh about don't we with all thus dreary weather and wot not.

Haven't watched EEnders for a long time , liked it when it very first started with Angie and Den but no too gloomy. Funny With Silent Witness I love reading books about Murders and forensics but can't seem to get into it on tv I have recorded the first two and will give it another go. Well I'll say night night now Snowy I'm off to bed X

Yes love my corrie and emmerdale , don't watch eastenders though.. Not watched Eastenders for donkey years- just pure misery, every episode. Don't watch Emmerdale either. Corrie ALL THE WAY!!!!

Does anyone watch Casualty. I used to really like it, but then about a year or more ago , it must have had a new production team or something, because suddenly the format changed so the story lines were sometimes weird and less connected to each other- not half as good , and also the diction became dreadful. Any one else notice?

It still has a common theme across the separate plots in each episode. Don't like them wasting time with the flash reviews at the beginning but it seems to be the fad with a few programs these days.
From a production side it has always been well produced with using a lot of different textbook techniques in the way it cleverly switches between scenes. Though I would say that the current team doesn't seem to be able to make the most out of the bigger budget episodes.
A couple of the actors haven't been capable of sustaining the demands of their roles even though they have done similar very well in the past.

Well maybe my hearing has deteriorated more than I thought , because I really struggle sometimes at quite a reasonable level of volume, to decipher what theyre saying. I like the initial catchups though - the old memory banks arent what they were!
