Hardly surprising. There have been various people from various countries saying for years that the West giving aid to these countries, is more of a problem than a help. Simply means that they won't put their own house in order.
At the same time, certain poverty stricken countries do provide for their people with it, so how do we as a donator, make the judgement ?
