It looks like another tree must have fallen down on Arrowe Park Road, near the surgery there. The sandstone wall is smashed. Workmen are both repairing the wall whilst others chop down nearby tree branches. There is a temporary one way system on Arrowe Park Road causing traffic chaos!

Was a crash there couple days ago. Car went into the lights outside warrens medical centre/ Thought they may have been repairing it. Got caught in queue before I got their so parked up and walked docs so didn't catch what was going on.
