Anyone know why? Went past at 6:30am and someone had coned it off and was standing there making sure nobody goes down in to the car park area.
As of midday, plenty of coming and going, a police car and still coned off with a bored looking chap keeping guard. I could see what looked like a paramedic.
I assumed filming of something on the basis that the (orange, not blue) cones were being manned by a drowned, bored looking civilian.

Actually, just spotted a van marked up with https://www.panavision.com/panalux logos. Filming it is. Wonder what for.
