My Virgin service (an oxymoron if ever I heard one) has been off all day. Boxing Day
No internet, TV or landline.

Anyone else having problems - or even NOT having problems on same area?
Managed to get some sort of message to/ from Virgin who suggest 11pm tonight for service back.
