This sounds yummy. If anyone tries it first , let us know.
What you’ll need: 1 15oz can each of red lentils, kidney beans, cannellini beans, and chopped tomatoes 1 tablespoon tomato puree 1 chopped white onion 1 chopped chili pepper 2 crushed garlic cloves 1 tablespoon paprika 0.5 teaspoon each salt and pepper 0.5 tablespoon vegetable oil
How to make in 3 easy steps: 1. Add the oil to a large frying pan with the onion, garlic, chili pepper, paprika, salt and pepper, and cook until soft.
2. Add the lentils, kidney beans, cannellini beans, chopped tomatoes, and tomato puree, and simmer for 30-40 minutes.
3. Serve with a sprinkling of vegan cheese (optional) and tortilla chips. It’s also great with rice, baked potato or salad.
Humankind has not woven the web of life. We are but one thread within it. Whatever we do to the web, we do to ourselves. All things are bound together. All things connect. ~Chief Seattle
