I wondered whether there is anybody on the Wirral who can diagnose a fault on my 77 Midget. Changed plugs and points and now it’s a non-starter. It turns over but doesn’t fire. I’ve followed the various instructions, including checking the firing order, top dead centre, valve opening/closing positions, etc but still nothing.
This is a shot in the dark as I know there used to be an MG parts place in Birkenhead. Maybe someone local still maintains theirs.
