Just a heads up that the bus stops for the 437 and 407 are out of use at Duke St/Park Road North going towards West Kirby. Just a notice up saying they're out of use. No temporary stops anywhere near. Tried to find gen on Mersey Travel, no joy.

Got a reply from them. Only out of commission for one day so not worth putting up a temporary stop a few yards away. We're talking about a lump of concrete with a metal pole in it here. Do the planners in Liverpool give a stuff about anyone on this side of the water? Makes me wonder.

Are these the ones with the stupid cycle lanes marked around them and the raised part where it stops, and where they could have recessed the whole bus stop back off the main road, so they don't stop traffic, makes me wonder what the designers where smoking that day? The words haven't got a clue, comes to mind!
