Im sorry but there is a difference between a bit of wind and dangerous weather.

Right now, the wind is approaching the dangerous mark. Its probably okay to drive for a few metres locally, but driving on motorways and dual carriageways, it can make the journey hellishly dangerous.

Therefore, most people choose not to do, especially when there are severe weather warnings around the country right now.

Also, whats the fun in sitting in ya car freezing ya nuts off in this hurrendous weather, when ye can be sitting in a nice warm house, munching away, watching tv, surfin da net, avin nice warm drinks etc...

wink

I dont have that ultimatum, so I would rather stay in when the weather is like this lol.

Hate driving over the Fender flyover when the winds are bad, you can feel the car being pushed like mad, and see other cars, especially small ones, struggling to stay in control of the car.

ha ha, i'm 26 and can still do all nighters drinking if i fell like it. think working nights helps a bit aswell.

No point meeting on nights like this as everyone stays in their cars and you don't really talk to anyone. you might aswell invite people to your house and play X-box
