I don't think it really matters where he's from - its not like he went home and put the kettle on.
I was thinking earlier how easy it would be to slip off the Wirral on a boat bound for just about anywhere from Birkenhead docks - but now I'm going off topic. I assume the police keep their eyes on the waterfronts.
