New user to the site, i drive a trade refuse truck all over the borough and service lots of pubs, factorys, shops in the area, have access to certain areas that maybe the general public doesnt, could be of use to someone Anyway, any info on the above would be appreciated

I always thought it was the base of some kind of monument and had just fallen into disrepair or the monument moved when the M53 was built. A chimney - aaaah
