Festival of Transport 19 Sep 2009 to 20 Sep 2009 Birkenhead Park From the age of steam, to vintage and veteran vehicles on display in the park. A great weekend of activity in the park. Suitable for all the family. Time 10.00am - 5.00pm each day. Location Birkenhead Park Visitor Centre, Park Drive, Birkenhead CH41 4HY For further enquiries Tel: 0151 652 5197 I will be going for a nose!  Apologies if this has already been posted... I did do a search but couldn't find any info!

We have all had letters to keep the area around the park clear as some massive low loaders are coming on friday night and will be working through the night, areas to watch for is park road east, and ashville road. Sounds excellent, think ill pop along to this!! Love all the old steam vehicles, uber-impressive machines, total works of art imho. The designers and builders must have been genius!
