Hello,
I'm new on here but been watching and reading with interest for a while.
Does anyone know anything about the above property, it was renamed Bank Dale Lodge by 1910. It was at the junction of what is now Barrymore Way and Allport Road.
Any help with it's history when it was built who lived there or when it was demolished would be very mush appreciated
Thanks Bill

I think it is called Kinders which apparently used to be home to either the Barker or Dobson Family from Everton Mints Fame. On googlemaps the address links to the big old house I think you mean - it is now an engineers offices, Ernest Griffiths I think.
My friend lives off Barrynore Way and she has always told me it was a nunnery though. Or perhaps on the grounds was a nunnery where the house now stands??
Sorry I can't be of more help, I'd also love to know what it was and what was there previosuly
