I bought this last month for the missus. only 55,000 miles... Seat Ibiza 1.4 Cool/s brum brum She's named him Ross because he's the same colour as a Toro Rosso! Chris replaced waterpump and cambelt and I've fixed the dodgy door lock Some laquer peel on the bonnet which needs sorting and there's a hole in the o/s rear light (if anyone spots one at a breakers let me know!)... but otherwise seems pretty solid!

I was thinking of using some 2000 grit wet and dry and soaking it then rubbing down until smooth and then some rubbing compound... worth a try before respraying...

I think you'll need paint which can flex for fibreglass. Don't know if you can put a flex additive into normal paint Maybe start a new thread? peeps might not notice your post in this thread Post some pics of car

I've used some of the repair tape to patch the hole in Ross' rear light... I may as well have used sellotape because that's all it seems to be!! MOT at weekend so hopefully it will be ok! and then I'll have a go at the bonnet! Meanwhile the truck sits on the road feeling neglected waiting for the next big tip run, house move or camping trip!...
