Police and scientific support officers at a property in Balls Road just before the lights at the Art Gallery, coming from the Shrewsbury rd direction, Scientific officers in their white overalls and overshoes, went past at about 9.15 am and never noticed them and passing again at 10 am they were there.

If the building is oppsite the art gallery on balls road is there a shelter place for homeless people.Is that where the police are.

Those flats seem to be run by WPH and despite frequent visits from them, the general maintenance seems to be very poor.
