Don't know, but in 1959 it was Vic Crellin & his wife that used to live in the cottages that were knocked down to build Poulton Vics.

Many happy memories of drinking in the old Lighthouse when I was an apprentice in a shop in Wallasey Village & of Joe the cellerman cleaning the beer pipes in the yard.
