Following the excellent response I got from my first post. I thought I'd give this a go!.
I know this is a long shot researching Smiths is no joke but nothing ventured.....
I am researching the Smith family who lived in Birkenhead from at least 1850's possibly earlier. My Mother in laws Father was James Smith bn 1915 son of Peter Smith and Ada Emily May Penn. He had siblings of Vera Smith 1904 , Ethel May 1905,Norman 1907 , Margret 1910 and Irene 1912. In 1911 the family lived at 1 Whetstone View.
I have got some great info from a well known ancestry site but so far haven't connected with anyone else researching the same family.I have futher details if any of these people are ringing bells with anyone.
Any tips to help with my search of Smiths also gratefully received!!.
