Hello,
I am considering upgrading my apartment in Oxton for a bigger house. When you have a hypo 8yr old and a Labradoodle its seems only right! However I have loved living in Oxton! and I happy to have found a house, just off Wethersfield road?, so only a 10 minute walk from were I am now. The problem is alot of people are raising their concerns about my choice. They are saying "ooh thats the nocky, bit ruff there like!" and me being somebody who has lived in some off the roughest neighbourhoods throughout my life,before having my kid, is a little surprised by peoples thoughts! Is my choice of new neighbourhood THAT bad?? :0/

Hello,I happen to live a little up from weathersfeild toad,and my anty lives there and has for 20 years,its very quiet the road I'm in,my parents have lived in the road for over 40 years,yes its by the nocky but you can get trouble anywhere,I happend to love where I live and have no need to move.

Thanks Sarah! I`ve been walking my dog around there for months and always found it to be quite beautiful! I always stop outside a house along Wethersfield were the front drive is run wild with the Budliah plant! haha. I just love the smell! am sure the owner is getting a bit worried haha. I personally think my freinds are a little jelous :0)

Take no notice of the doom sayers. I was given all kinds of predictions about our move last year and we are loving it. I'm in town though, where I was brought up, in an age long ago.

I too live just up from Wethersfield Road its a nice place with a lot of open space for your son & dog to run about in. I'm sure youll enjoy it.

There are a few famous people who live round here and there children go to birkenhead private school:) As my mum always says she paid a lot to have oxton on her postcode
