My Vista became unstable recently and after learning from my last disaster I saved all the info I wanted onto my data pen. I then downloaded Ubuntu but unfortunately forgot to extract my pen and it started to overwrite it. The pen now reads as a Linux partition (ext3) no data has been written to it so files should still be there. Does anyone know if I can get them back or do I need The Dr.?

If you drop the pen off at mine I should be able to get most if not all of it back for you.
