Hello, We don't know the height of previous owner, it was given to me by a friend of the family, who knew I was looking for a bike, unfortunately the one who gave it didn't know that I was 5' 8", she doesn't want it back & is happy for me to pass it on...
I have looked at 'evanscycles' Web site & their guide for the size frame puts the height around 3'- 4' the handlebar & saddle,can rise or drop by 6" ... so,an inside leg of 26" could reach the ground, up to I guess 30"
