i just wouldnt pay it, i got fined in cheshire oaks car park for parking in disabled once because i had a disabled person with me, i admit i didnt have a badge but i just didnt pay it , they wrote once an that was the end of it, never heard anything back

i got fined in cheshire oaks car park for parking in disabled once be aware both sides of the Coliseum Retail/Leisure Park are now doing this £70 fine for parking in disabled, reduced to £40 if paid within 30 days

It's a written invoice. You don't have to pay it.
