Auto Accident Repair in Wallasey PM if you need details, Vinny vanquish and a few others can vouch for the work, majority of work is aimed at Prestige market, AM's, Labbo, Porkas, ferraris etc but also do project cars Last car used to belong to Bett Middler took over a year to restore and had a full magazaine article written up belongs to Griffo who owns the funeral home in Wallasey Before and after pic below (it was literally a shell to start with)

Hahah Ste, my cousins the same, he's convined you can get the same finish with a rattle can, probably why he's now a mechanic and not a painter hahaha

Not a bad effort that Ste specially for Aerosol, did you need to do loads of prep and buffing etc to bring the finish up, normally they come out looking uneven and patchy - Only down side is try finding a aersol colour to match a standard gallardo or Enzo red and imagine tring to get a finsh across a whole car and how much paint / time it would take

I didn't really prep it properly mate, quick spray with primer and whacked the paint on, it's really easy once the several layers of paint are on but time consuming. If its patchy it's because the paint hasn't been rubbed down correctly or with the correct grades of paper. Buffing and then polishing is the final job. As I say, easy but time consuming. This bonnet took about 2 days. Oh, also I don't think anyone with common seance would spray a Lamborghini or Ferrari with rattle cans Also the porsche 944 wouldn't stand a chance against an integrale.

Good Stuff ste, thought so,
I'm glad you said that about the commonsense, with some people i've met through various contacts it wouln't suprise me bud.
Defo worth the effort on the bimmer though, more cost effective option aswell if not got loads of money to play with, and lets face it not many have in this climate
Also agreed 944 was always a bit of a let down in its day as was the 928 if its not a 911 or variation 997 etc it's not a porsche in my mind,

Curious why you say a 928 was a let down in its day yet praise the 911s, during its life the 928 was better in all aspects from almost all of the 911s.
944 was purposely made a let down by Porsche of course.

Wouldnt agree on the 928 being a patch on 911 on both looks and performance 911 miles ahead imo
