When I say one of the worst inventions I mean it for reliability, not who has the better picture, Plasma over heat works overtime and are crap end of.

We have a Samsung plasma in work in our break room and it's been in constantly on for 7 years now and hasn't missed a beat. The picture quality is still spot on aswell

My dad had a plasma which lasted about 3 years, traded it in against a sony lcd and hasn't looked back

sorry fella but how on earth can you say plasmas are crap????
the drivers in a plasma are perfect for fast moving images. something and lcd isnt renowned for. and as for black depth....

ive had my 2008 flagship model for 4 strong years and ive got sq. eyes... maybe you bought cheap plasma models in past and were stung.... buy cheap buy twice....?????

Wrong again. I don't do cheap, also I read up on things before I buy that's why I chose not to have a plasma, as the read up on them all were bad, also the amount I see dumped in alleyways
