2140: Burning object travelling approximately in a north/south direction, over Liverpool. Lasted approximately 20-30 seconds. Shallow angle of approach

Anyone else see this?

Yes, my daughter Shannon did. We are in New Ferry and she saw it over Liverpool. She told me as she saw it but I couldn't get to the window fast enough. We ran outside to get a better look, but it had gone. Went to the river edge but could see nothing anywhere. It was probably a meteorite burning up. She went straight onto Facebook and one of her mates said she'd seen it too.

We saw it too, watching TV and it shot past over the houses opposite, it was pretty big and moving fairly slowly

Yeah I saw it too. Looked like a rocket but it was too horizontal, the sparks were silver and too spread out to be a rocket. It was too high for a rocket, it went behind a cloud before it burnt out and it moved too slowly to be a normal firework. Most curious.
