Picked up some knee pads aswell, G-Form ones.
Ment to be doing arpund 70 miles on Saturday if your up for it 9am start @ Eastham, will be a mild ride nothing mad. All road work.

I have to watch my mates dog at 10 , I can get out early as long as I am back for 10 so prob no good for you . I could ride to yours and do the coast back which would be about right if I got to yours early enough,but it would prob be to early . Off to work now will log on tonight.

Sorry phil I forgot I told my brother I would do a late ride with him ,he is a beginner so will be slow , so can't do both with looking after the dog. I will have to go with him around tea time ish.

Ok Dave, dependent what time we are back (going near delemere and back) will drop you a text when near. Thinking around 3pm I think. My mate livess in Oxton so will follow the coast round most likely

Hi phil , saturday looks ok for the Marin and then penmachno , drop me a text on starting time , got all day so does not have to be early start , but I don't mind if it is . Anyone else on this site like to join us ,it's in betsy coed (not spelt right)!.

Bike has had a few upgrades recently, discs, stem, grips, gear cables and also a twin ring conversion on the front. Quite close to the frame but ok. Got my 2nd Brownbacks race tomorrow, nervous as in recent weeks been having leg troubles.

Nice one wheels, New Brighton to Parkgate and back is around 35 miles via the coast.
Need to time a ride from Bromborough to Neston via the coast, most likley do it Wed afternoon. 33 miles, hope for 1hr 35mins.
Had to keep your photo's off dave, might scare the kids haha.
Will email em to ya.
Need to sort a WikiRide one weekend.

Nice weekend- last saturday took the stumpjumper for a blast in delamere forest- nice and easy but some off the beat fun, roots etc. Got home and was changing my chain only to find hollowtech II bottom bracket bearing are worn- slight play in cranks. Managed to pick up and slx replacement for 6 quid on ebay- did not believe it but its new!
