if u get caught doin over 100mph do they ban ya straight away or can ya pay a fine or wat??

Instant ban from what i kno.

Over 100 aor double the limit is instant ban I think.

I believe 20mph over the limit is an instant ban.

20mph over isnt, i got done for doing 80 in a 60 and got 3 points and £60 fine

If it is 25mph over the speed limit you can be banned depending on how they are with you and how well you plead your case - for example if you need you car for your job you can ask for the punishment to be lessened to a fine and points and not a ban or you will lose your job. You might... just... get away with it.

i just thort that if you r doin over 100 or double the speed limit u get a ban, i didn't know it was 25 over the limit

My cousin got caught doin 60 down the rhyl prom, what the limit there, he just got the normal 3points nad £60 fine, then he went and parked on double yellows behind a cop car while he went in the shop, as he went in the shop they came out, another 3points and a ban because he was in his 1st 2 years.

yeah its instant ban ! a lad i no got caught doing 110mph in his evo comeing back from scotland nearly a year ago ! he thought he had got a way with it but they sent him a letter out about 2 months ago saying he was dur in court then like 2 weeks before he was due in court he got another letter moving it to next month ! pretty sure he is getting at least 6 months ban and a fine !

I got caught doing 115mph (stupid i know) they were very hard on me got a 2year ban and £260 fine. Also it depends on the You can sweet talk some of em but if its a camara no chance.

mmmmmmm may have been speeding alittle to night. I must admit the cruisewirral sticker helped me out the otherweek cos the five-o told me that we look after are cars nice copper shame he didnt see the funny side of me going sideways.
