iam with you lightning, one pound down last night (could have been better i know) but back on diet today, 2 weetabix and milk from my allowence. BORING.max

yep, not too bad, would have more of an allowence if it was skimmed, but too much like water. i have a kit kat chunky in the press, and its calling out to me. so iam off for my walk instead. max

try the specialK one it works,if you stick to it for 2 weeks you will notice and feel a difference. have a noce day Max
